The Encore is the ideal grinder for entering the world of sophisticated coffee preparation. The grinding degree setting, divided into 40 steps, enables good and repeatable grinding results for all brewing methods. The degree of grinding is adjusted by simply turning the bean hopper.
For grinding directly into a portafilter (espresso), the grinder is equipped with a pulse button on the front.

The DC motor on the one hand and the combination of electronic speed control and gear reduction on the other enable a powerful, pleasantly quiet grinding process. The low speed of 450 rpm ensures aroma-preserving grinding without heating the ground material.
