We love filter coffee and we love hand brewing. Because the filter coffee machine was yesterday. For us, the filter method is the brewing method that gives us the most control over the outcome in our cup. At the same time, it is the most diverse method, because there are thousands of ways to brew your filter coffee. But which recipe is the right one? When do I brew with the V60? When to use the French Press and what are the advantages of the AeroPress? We experiment together with the amount of coffee and water, understand brewing ratios and agitation, try recipes and taste the differences.

You can expect a family atmosphere, backyard roastery flair and a lot of insider knowledge - let yourself be enchanted by the art of coffee making and try out our equipment yourself.

You can also find out what price (FOB price) we pay the farmers compared to the world market and fair trade price. The FOB price is the price farmers have received for their labor and effort up to the time the coffee is shipped for export from the country of origin. The FOB price thus includes all costs associated with the production of a coffee in the country of production. All other costs such as transport to the roasting plant by ship, road or rail as well as customs duties and taxes are borne by us as the roasting plant in addition to the FOB price.
