WORKSHOP COFFEE ROASTING IN WIESBADEN
You like to drink coffee and always wanted to know how it is roasted? Then find out and roast your own coffee on a traditional 15 kg Giessen drum roaster in our backyard roastery in Wiesbaden. Be there when the green beans slowly develop during long-term roasting and experience how numerous chemical reactions release the well-known aromas until your roasted coffee is created. Hear how the beans jump up and down in the roasting drum until they burst open with the first crack and unfold their full aroma.
We show how you influence the development of taste and roast your very own type of coffee. This course is very individually adapted to the previous knowledge of the participants and is designed for a maximum of 4 people.
