Olmekakao chocolate is made from first-class Criollo fine flavor cocoa beans. The cocoa comes from the altitudes of Colombia from 1,200m upwards. Olmekakao is a project by the green coffee trader COL-SPIRIT. Due to the climatic changes in Colombia, coffee cultivation at altitudes of 1,000m to 1,600m is increasingly threatened. Cocoa, on the other hand, grows excellently. Thus, every Olmekakao chocolate product shapes the future of coffee farmers in Colombia. The FOB price is the price farmers have received for their labor and effort up to the time the coffee is shipped for export from the country of origin.
