Cancellation by Participants

Cancellation is made in writing or by telephone. If you cancel your participation, the following refunds apply:

  • up to 3 weeks before the agreed workshop date: full refund
  • from 3 weeks before the agreed workshop date: 50% cancellation costs of the amount
  • from 1 week before the agreed workshop date: 100% cancellation costs of the amount
  • If you do not attend or cancel the seminar, you are not entitled to a refund of the course fee.
Implementation changes by contractors
The contractor reserves the right, if special, unforeseeable circumstances occur and for which the contractor is not responsible (such as illness or other absence of a speaker), to postpone the respective workshop or to use a different speaker :in or cancel the event.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the contractor reserves the right to postpone or cancel the respective event. In this case, the contractor will endeavor to inform the participants at least 14 calendar days before the planned event.
If an event is rescheduled, participants can choose between attending the alternative date offered and receiving a refund of participation fees that have already been paid. If an event is canceled without replacement, participation fees that have already been paid will be refunded. Participants have no further claims, in particular claims for damages (e.g. cancellation fees for travel or hotel costs) in the event of changes or cancellation of a workshop.
