Professional coffee tasting with afterwork and DJ
Every Wednesday we invite you to a cupping session in our new pop-up: "Maldaner X Pauls" in Mainz to taste different coffees together with you. We taste and discuss together about new beans, growing regions, varieties, processing methods and different types of roasting. You will gain lots of new insights into the world of coffee roasting and can ask us all your questions. Afterwards we invite you to end the evening with us with relaxed beats and delicious drinks.
How the cupping works
Smell, slurp, taste. The professional tasting of different coffees is called cupping. Cupping is the most important tool for us as roasters to keep an eye on and constantly monitor the quality of our beans. If new beans find their way into our roastery, we decide at the cupping table which beans will make it into our range and which type of coffee is suitable for preparation.

Number of participants: max. 12 people
Duration: approx. 1 hour from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m

Unser Workshop „Coffee Tasting“
Der Workshop findet in unserer Brüh- & Espressobar in der Mauergasse 15 in Wiesbaden statt. Die Dauer beträgt etwa 1,5 Stunden und läuft von 18:00 bis 19:30 Uhr. Der Workshop wird in einer kleinen Gruppe mit maximal 12 Teilnehmer:innen abgehalten.
Der Kurs richtet sich an alle, die mehr über die faszinierende Aromenwelt von Kaffee erfahren möchten.
Alle Workshop-Teilnehmer:innen erhalten am Tag des Workshops 10% Rabatt auf unser Kaffeesortiment.

Umbuchung oder Stornierung
Falls Du an einem gebuchten Workshop nicht teilnehmen kannst, kannst Du selbstverständlich eine Ersatzperson benennen. Bitte informiere uns in diesem Fall kurz. Ab 14 Tagen vor Workshop-Beginn können wir Dir nur noch 50% des Preises erstatten. Sollte der Workshop in dieser Zeit vollständig neu besetzt werden, erstatten wir Dir den gesamten Betrag. Alternativ bieten wir Dir einen Rabattcode über 50% (bzw. 100% bei Neubesetzung) für einen neuen Termin an.
