Cold Brew - Perfect for summer

Cold brew is a must on every drink menu in summer. Whether pure, with (gin) tonic or a squeeze of lemon. With cold brew, the name says it all, because it is brewed and drunk cold . Cold brew with our coffees is extremely silky, hardly bitter and captivates with floral, soft aromas. A long extraction time ensures a full-bodied taste and the extra kick of caffeine. We prepare our cold brew from the varieties listed here with the following recipe: 80g in 1 liter of cold water, stir vigorously and leave to stand at room temperature for 16 hours, then filter and serve on ice.
