Latte Art Workshop in Wiesbaden and Mainz

Cappuccino and flat white - a symbiosis of creamy, silky milk and balanced espresso. But if the milk isn't right, the cappuccino won't taste good either. Latte art is the icing on the cake, because it is well known that the eye also drinks. In our latte art course you will learn how to froth the milk so creamy that it harmonises with the espresso and is so silky that it slides onto the surface to form a heart. We start with a short theoretical introduction to the subject of milk. Then we go straight to the portafilter machine and show you how to froth milk properly, what you have to consider and how to perfect the texture of the milk. Finally, we will show you the right pouring techniques and how to get different latte art motifs into the cup.

You can expect a family atmosphere, backyard roastery flair and a lot of insider knowledge - let yourself be enchanted by the art of coffee making and try out our equipment yourself. If you want to bring your own equipment, please let us know in advance.
