Coldbrew

Cold brew is a must on every drink menu in summer. Whether pure, with (gin) tonic or a squeeze of lemon. With cold brew, the name says it all, because it is brewed cold and drunk. Cold brew with our coffees is extremely silky, hardly bitter and captivates with floral, soft aromas. A long extraction time ensures a full-bodied taste and the extra kick of caffeine. We prepare our cold brew from the varieties listed here with the following recipe: 80g to 1 liter of cold water, stir vigorously and leave to stand at room temperature for 16 hours, then filter and serve on ice.
